Career Opportunities at Atherton Bailey
Atherton Bailey is a growing firm specialising in high quality advice and hands-on assistance to debtors and creditors suffering from the consequence of financial problems. We operate in an environment that encourages and rewards initiative and expertise and aim to help all our staff develop to their full potential. Above all, whilst the work we do can at times be both stretching and stressful, indeed on occasions frustrating, there is an ethos that seeks to ensure that work-life should be both enjoyable and fulfilling.
We recruit at all levels - from school-leavers to fully-qualified. We look at what you can add to the team, not simply at examination successes (though a good CV always helps!). There are demonstrably no glass ceilings at Atherton Bailey!
So, look at the rest of our website, spend a little time reading our newsletters, and if you like the look of us and think you can add your talents to our team, please make contact with the local partner.
Below is a non-exclusive list of what we are particularly looking to recruit currently:
CRAWLEY
Experienced individual - preferably with CPI or indeed JIEB - to handle front-end casework directly with partner. Needs to be debtor-oriented and proven problem solver. Possibly frustrated from lack of recognition / opportunity within major practice. If you are interested please contact Malcolm Fillmore at the Crawley office.
Forensic talents? There is a rewarding opportunity to get stuck into an investigation role to seek to recover assets hidden away by recalcitrant insolvents. Experience probably counts and a determination to get to where the bodies are buried. A through knowledge of insolvency legislative powers and practice plus good accounting skills likely to be essential. If you believe that this is the challenge for you please contact Malcolm Fillmore at the Crawley office.
Partnership Opportunities
Atherton Bailey wishes to expand its present network of offices by offering opportunities to fellow Insolvency Practitioners who share our philosophy and ethos to set-up or bring their practice under our umbrella. Each Atherton Bailey office is self-accounting but you will benefit from the collective nature of our skill and client base and from the marketing infrastructure.
Presently, we have offices in Crawley, Worthing, Maidstone, Southampton and Southend – but we would like to have additional offices throughout the South East – business-centred towns such as Guildford, Reading, Oxford, Cambridge, Milton Keynes and Luton come to mind. But, more particularly, we are looking for individuals who enjoy providing quality services to the business rescue and insolvency market.
If you like what you see on our website and think that Atherton Bailey might be the opportunity you are looking for in moving forward, please contact (in confidence) Malcolm Fillmore.
