Atherton Bailey is a UK insolvency partnership specialising in business rescue and recovery and personal insolvency. Founded in 2005, the firm's five partners have been significant players in insolvency and business recovery in the southeast for many years. With offices in Crawley, Worthing, Southend, Maidstone and Southampton, together the partners bring to Atherton Bailey more than 110 years' professional experience. Further offices will be opened as suitable opportunities arise.
