Atherton Bailey is a limited liability partnership mutually and equally owned by its members. It is not a profit centre, neither is it a franchise. Instead, all partners take on a share of management and professional responsibility within the firm. Because we are service driven not profit driven, each partner is able to deliver professional services without the oppression of billing targets.

Our structure is particularly suitable for established insolvency practitioners in existing firms who wish to benefit from their efforts by going it alone. By opening an office within the Atherton Bailey fold, you get to reap the benefits of independence from your own contact base, but with the support of like-minded professionals who have successfully been down the same route.
For geographical convenience, our offices are currently in the southeast. In the short-term, we see offices opening in or around towns such as Reading, Oxford, Cambridge, Milton Keynes and Luton. But we would be happy to consider new offices elsewhere where the circumstances and synergies are right.
