Turnaround management

Business rescue and recovery is a stock phrase with many firms, but at Atherton Bailey we are committed to working harder on your behalf to turnaround your business wherever possible. Even viable businesses fail when they run out of cash, so if you suspect that you will not have the liquidity to pay your debts as they fall due this is the time to talk to us in confidence — before it’s too late.

We offer clients a free, no — obligation initial consultation — usually 90 minutes. In many instances we will also visit your business to gain a thorough understanding of your situation. After this we will send you our advice and recommendations to review at your leisure — again at no cost or obligation. Our advice to help you secure your financial future will vary depending upon your particular circumstances. There is no one size fits all solution. One option might be a Company Voluntary Arrangement with creditors involving a business restructuring, but we have a range of tools we can use.

Insolvency services under the Insolvency Act 1986

If after investigating all avenues we agree that your business is no longer viable, our insolvency practitioners will assist you in bringing it to an end in an orderly manner in accordance with the law. This will be handled in a professional manner to achieve the most beneficial outcome to both creditors and proprietors. Our insolvency practitioners’ open and honest approach will ensure that you are fully and properly prepared and kept informed throughout the process.
